The actor and director of “Don’t Worry Darling” won a legal battle in California after the judge determined that their two children, Otis, 8, and Daisy, 5, were lawfully residents of the state.
This comes after the 38-year-old actress alleged that the 46-year-old “Ted Lasso” actor, who wanted the kids to call New York home, issued the custody papers in April “in the most violent way conceivable” as she was participating in a panel discussion about her new movie at Comic Con.
By having the documents delivered in such a prominent place, Olivia claimed in a filing that Jason, with whom she had a relationship from 2011 until 2020, was trying to “embarrass” and “threaten” her.
In the court filings, Olivia, who is now romantically linked to pop singer Harry Styles, 28, stated: “Jason’s actions were plainly designed to frighten me and catch me off guard. He had the option of serving me quietly, but he went for the most forceful approach.
